Responsibilities : Lookup parts for both customers and staff using schematics Listen to customers' reasons for requesting specific parts Offer appropriate parts to satisfy customer requirements and needs Provide accurate quotes for all parts or accessories recommended Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings tactfully, promptly, and genuinely concerned for the customers problem Bill parts for shop orders and takes payment from customers Putting stock away and entering parts Answering phones, customer texts, and parts inquiry

Inventory counts & tracking Maintain a good work attitude and cooperate with fellow employees in a positive spirit of teamwork Other duties and tasks as assigned Demonstrate and champion a healthy and safe work environment

Qualifications : Organized Excellent customer service Welcoming and positive attitude Proper telephone etiquette Attention to detail Checking for accuracy Competent with computers Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication Problem-solving Performing routine tasks Experience with Era Ignite, Infostream and EPC (Electric Parts Catalogue) is an asset but not required Experience with parts and shipping/receiving is an asset but not required Experience in the mining industry is an asset but not required What We Offer: Comprehensive benefits package; medical, dental, an employer-matched pension, EAP, staff discounts and events!
