Full-Time A ccounting Clerk / Bookkeeper Mercedes Benz Rive-Sud Greenfield Park, Quebec**

Mercedes Rive-Sud is looking for an experienced full time Accounting Clerk to join our growing team! Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for providing support to the Accounting Team by keeping accounts up to date.You will be responsible for aiding the accounting team & facilitating accounting activities such as invoice entry/filing within the dealership.

Your Day to Day :

• Accounts Payable including posting daily transactions, reconciliation of accounts, & follow-up on outstanding accounts
• Ensuring timely preparation of monthly invoicing for assigned operating groups in a high-volume environment
• Assisting with other accounting functions/duties & special projects
• Ensuring validity, integrity & accuracy of input data
• Assist with journal entries
• Assist with preparing bank deposits
• Daily/monthly reconciliations
• Contributing to month end closing
• Participating in & providing feedback regarding implementation of internal processes/procedures

What You Bring to the Table :

• An accounting AEC/DEP diploma, or equivalent is required
• Minimum 2 years related experience required
• Automotive experience is an asset
• CDK knowledge is an asset
• Organized, autonomous, resourceful & a team player
