Marketing Assistant

We have an exciting full-time job opportunity for a marketing assistant to join our team!

SUMMARY OF POSITION : As Marketing assistant, you will be assisting the Marketing Director with the following responsibilities: growing revenue, contributing to company growth and profitability and building sales for Gold Lion Hospitality through the planning, budgeting, production, implementation and evaluation of all marketing, project management, creative content and public relations activities and strategies.

This position requires someone who is multi-talented, motivated, creative, a good listener, and takes initiative. The job description is as follows:

• Assisting with all marketing initiatives for the company.
• Create various visual materials.
• Support new and existing strategies to generate increased brand awareness and growth.
• Create and edit communications and marketing materials.
• Help keep all content both physical and online fresh, current and relevant.
• Assist in researching, writing and presenting information for websites, advertising and other marketing materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to assist in effectively building, creating and managing content that attracts our desired customer base.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and marketing materials.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to solve practical problems, properly prioritize tasks, and identify key areas for improvement.
• Digital marketing experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong creative mind
• Experience with Adobe software products or ability/eagerness to learn
• Efficient, enthusiastic and flexible
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Ability to develop positive working relationships
• Adaptable with a strong desire to learn

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Education or experience in similar or related fields preferred.
