Come join in the success!:JOB DUTIES:Installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and repair of industrial mechanical equipment and associated presses, ovens, pumps, molds, dies, and conveyors with electronic controls. Some familiarity with PLCs. Mainly Siemens and Allen Bradley troubleshootingObserves functioning of installed equipment or system to determine hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement.Disassembles and repairs defective mechanical equipment or systems.Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical or electromechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on hydraulic, pneumatic, motorized and mechanical production tools, machines and linesUtilize diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.Familiar with the utilization of Predictive Maintenance and Condition Based monitoring toolsConserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.Utilizes Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS). Supports the Maintenance Planners by contributing to the optimization of the Maintenance Plans and Equipment information in the CMMSMaintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsquipment Maintenance, Technical Understanding, Technical Zeal, Deals with Uncertainty, Basic Safety, Power Tools, Attention to Detail, Flexibility, Supervision, Job Knowledge, Productivity.Job Requirements Licensed 433A Industrial MillwrightAt least 2 years mechanical maintenance technical experience in a manufacturing environment – ideally in the automotive, plastics, metal processing or high volume fabrication.Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
