Order Desk Clerk Coordinator

We are looking for a team player who is excited about the work they do to join our Distribution team in Pointe-Claire, QC. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing world-class service to both external and internal customers. The incumbent will be responsible for handling sales, product, and service inquiries, customer orders, data entry and other office related tasks. Advantages - Permanent full time job, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm (flexible) - Group health insurance - 20-21$/hr + profit sharing paid every 3 months, roughly 15% total of salary in the year - RSP + Deferred profit sharing - 30 minute unpaid lunch, two 15 minute breaks paid - Paid time off (sick days, holidays and vacations) - Employee and family assistance program Employees are provided on-the-job training, online learning resources, leadership training, and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities - Represent the company in a positive, courteous, and professional manner - Process customer orders via email, phone, or fax - Coordinating with sales for quotes, inquiries, and other customer needs - Customer file maintenance, opening / closing files - Learn and possess industry, company, and product knowledge - Collaborate with and support the efforts of the outside sales team - Ensure orders are being processed in a timeline fashion Qualifications - Exceptional communication and writing skills in French and English - Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision - Must have a positive and friendly attitude - Adaptable, proactive mindset - Comfortable with computers - Have the willingness to learn and grow Summary Why Randstad?
