Duties - Answers telephone and or console, takes messages, screens and re-routes calls for both internal and external customers. - Dispatches tasks utilizing computer software. - Resolves service problems to customer’s satisfaction. - Monitors alarm panels and initiates response to codes and alarms - Trouble shoots pager and telephone handling questions. - Attends all dept./hospital in-service orientation and other meetings as required. - Competence with telecommunications and network technology. - Performs other clerical functions - Performs other duties as assigned.
